YOU CAN RELY ON GOD
God is reliable, dependable, trustworthy, because He sees all, hears all, Knows all, understands all and in control of all.
Sometimes we think we know everything, and do not bother to ask God!?
That’s why we make mistakes.
mis·take
“An error or fault resulting from defective judgment, deficient knowledge, or carelessness.” (FD)
Sometimes we can’t make the proper jundgment in a situation, because we do not see the full scope of the matter. (Defective judgment) Sometimes we do not have all the facts or enough knowledge to make the best decision. (Deficient knowledge) And sometimes we ingnore things because we can’t see the significance, importance or impact it may carry in the situation. (careless)
So we end up with a “misconception or misunderstanding”
v.tr. “To understand wrongly; misinterpret: To recognize or identify incorrectly: make a mistake; err.” (FD)
Careless (adj)
“not paying enough attention to what one does: not exact, accurate, or thorough: careless work. done or said heedlessly or negligently; unconsidered: a careless remark.” (DC)
God knows everything, He knows where everything is, He knows where everyone is.
So examine your life, your dilemmas, etc. Ask God about it.
Proverbs 3:5,6 says,
” 5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not rely on your own understanding;
6 think about Him in all your ways, and He will guide you on the right paths.” (HCSB)
Ask God about relationships, life, children, college, and He will advise you.
I know who to go to when there is a dilemma, situation or problem, God. He will give me insight, answers, take action, give instruction, guidance, or enlighten, which ever is needed.
God is reliable, dependable, trustworthy, because He sees all, hears all, knows all, understands all and controls all. Christ our High Priest, touched with our infirmities, knows what we are going through and is seated at the right hand of the Father. The only mediator between God and man.
Hebrews 4:14 says”
“14 Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens — Jesus the Son of God — let us hold fast to the confession. 15 For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but One who has been tested in every way as we are, yet without sin. 16 Therefore let us approach the throne of grace with boldness, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us at the proper time.” (HCSB)
